My Brothers,

The first day of spring approaches and our Lodge is ready to spring into action. The officers and members are actively planning activities and events for spring, summer and fall. It is our belief that our efforts will help revive Freemasonry in our Lodge and in our community. There are plenty of opportunities for you to become involved in the future of Freemasonry. If you show up, we will find something for you to do. If you are waiting for an invitation, this is it.

March 3, 2011 and March 10, 2011, we will have candidate instruction at 6:00PM. March 17, 2011, our regular Business Meeting is at 6:30PM. We will have a corned beef and cabbage dinner at 5:30PM. Reservations for this dinner are required to the Master by March 13, 2011. March 24, 2011, we will have candidate instruction at 6:00PM and a rehearsal for the MM Degree at 6:30PM. March 31, 2011, we will confer the MM Degree on Kristopher Stanley Johnston, if eligible, at 6:30PM. There will be a dinner at 5:30PM: Please make reservations for dinner with J.W. Ron Nichols by March 27, 2011.

The Monday night dinner club is going very well. On behalf of Brattleboro Lodge #102, I would like to thank Wor. Bro. Phil Bailey, Bro. Gerry Bittner-Taylor, their wives and all others who have donated their time to this fundraising project. I would also like to thank Bro. Ron Nichols and the other members of the activities committee for their efforts to create the long and short range planning for Lodge activities.

The Carlos G. Otis Chapter of Demolay is meeting every Wednesday night from 7:00PM – 9:00PM. We are still in need of young men from 12 years to 21 years of age. The young men need to raise funds to continue: Anyone with ideas to help is welcome.

In April we will hold our annual meeting and election of officers. The nominating committee is composed of R.W. Johann Nortz, Wor. Wil Young and Bro. Mike Hebert. If you wish to nominate someone for office please contact the nominating committee.
